Join our interactive session to discuss the incredible difference we can make in the lives of our students and those around us through listening! We'll be identifying the challenges we face in listening and practicing specific listening skills that can help us connect more meaningfully with students, colleagues, and loved ones.
Learning Objectives:
Attendees will be able to identify patterns that keep them from effectively listening to students.
Attendees will be able to recognize and respond to nonverbal communication from students.
Attendees will be able to form compassion statements and open-ended questions to connect more deeply with students.
