John Prescott is a Senior International Student & Scholar Advisor at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor. John provides immigration advising to F-1 and J-1 students as well as J-1 scholars.

John studied abroad in England during both high school and graduate school, and lived in London for the first half of 2023. He entered the ISSS field after pursuing related coursework and practical training while completing a MA in Higher Education and Student Affairs at The Ohio State University. John also held a variety of student affairs positions during his undergraduate years at Middlebury College.
