PERM - One year after the new ETA Form 9089

Presentation Description:

OFLC implemented a new Form ETA 9089 on 6/1/23, resulting in new processes to ensure compliance. One year later, we are still waiting to receive adjudications and this session will address trends, how to strategically complete the Form 9141, SVP analysis for Business Necessity, as well as key changes and process recommendations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion of the panel, attendees will be able to assess their practices to ensure their PERM practices comply with the new Form. [We would invite OFLC/DOL if accepted].
  • During the panel, attendees will be able to ask trending questions regarding their PERM practice.
  • Upon completion of the panel, attendees will be able to understand current trends in the PERM space.
