Presentation Description: Join our session on managing I-20 melt, where the fright of administrative overload meets the ghostly concerns of international student success. Learn how to navigate the haunted corridors of I-20 management with best practices in utilizing International Student Services resources, automating data tracking, and improving I-20 processes. Discover strategies for cross-departmental collaboration and proactive student support to ensure international students don’t become lost spirits in the administrative ether.

Learning Objectives:

  • Master I-20 Management: Identify and use key resources to support efficient I-20 management.
  • Streamline Processes: Identify at least two automated systems to streamline identification of student status and data tracking of student records, including I-20s, in an effort to reduce and eliminate redundant administrative tasks.
  • Improve Collaboration: Apply change management strategies for cross-departmental collaboration to proactively support international students during the I-20 process all the way to enrollment.
