This presentation explores fostering student networking confidence through cross-cultural competencies. Sharing survey data from 200+ international students across 100 institutions, along with real-life case studies, we highlight essential cross-cultural traits like openness, flexibility, and adaptability. Encouraging students to engage in informational interviews with alumni, we emphasize utilizing these traits in building individual connections for career guidance and advice. Practical examples and success stories will be shared.
