Insights from three institutions showcase approaches to guiding students through OPT and STEM Extension processes, including effective advising, handling tricky OPT scenarios, and optimizing support services. It covers transitions post-OPT, best practices for improvement, and data-driven enhancements to boost student outcomes and institutional success in supporting students beyond graduation.
